• Pull and stack parts efficiently off the laser table.
• Operate robot and cobot welding machines to ensure high‑quality welds.
• Prepare parts for powder coating by organizing pallets and hanging/unhanging them on the line.
• Feed parts through finishing and deburring machines for smooth, precise results.
• Operate band saws and CNC tube benders for precise cutting and bending of metal parts.
• Operate CNC press brakes for accurate metal bending.
• Assist as needed by taking on additional duties as required.

• Self‑driven and motivated; able to work unsupervised.
• Strong attention to detail and focus on quality.
• Ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Quick learner with excellent hand‑eye coordination.
• Ability to lift or move 60+ lbs continuously and stand for long periods.
• Strong time‑management skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Ability to operate a pallet jack and other warehouse equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).

  Must reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work.
