Wiring Assembler

Job Description

Join our production team assembling high-quality electrical wire harnesses and assemblies. If you have experience with wiring, soldering, crimping, and reading technical drawings, we'd like to hear from you.

Pay & Schedule

• $22/hour, based on experience
• Monday-Friday: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Saturday: 6:00 AM - 11:00 AM
• Overtime required (average 50-55 hours per week)

What You'll Do

• Measure, cut, route, wrap, and tie wires to build wire harnesses
• Solder and crimp wires to terminals, connectors, and components
• Install harnesses, components, and subassemblies into electrical equipment
• Perform continuity and functional testing
• Inspect assemblies for quality and troubleshoot or repair defects
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, work orders, and specifications
• Maintain tools and keep a clean, organized work area

Qualifications

• 1+ year of wiring, cable assembly, or electrical assembly experience
• Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and color-coded wiring
• Experience using hand and power tools, soldering irons, and crimping tools
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
• Understanding of quality and safety standards

Physical Requirements

• Stand for up to 10-hour shifts in a manufacturing environment
• Repeatedly lift and move up to 30 lbs.
• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
