Reporting to the Area Manager , the PCBA Operator I is responsible for manufacturing quality product according to the work order or other build signal while adhering to defined work instructions. General duties may include picking, assembling, and packaging. In some areas, minor set-up and equipment operation may be required. It is a fast-paced environment with advanced technologies being used. Sets up and operates automatic or semiautomatic machines and related equipment in a continuous production/processing operation.

Monitors meters, gauges, valves, flow ratios, temperatures, pressures, and related controls and guidelines to ensure adherence to production/process specifications. Follows engineering drawings, work order information, Manufacturing Assembly Procedures, SOPs, and other written and verbal specifications in the manufacturing process. Installs, modifies, moves, troubleshoots, repairs and dismantles machinery and equipment according to requisition established documentation (e.g., SOPs), layout plans, blueprints or other drawings.

Performs the set-up, calibration, testing and troubleshooting of circuits, components, instruments and mechanical assemblies. Assembles mechanical units, fabricated parts/components and/or electrical/electronic systems to make sub-assemblies, assemblies or complete units using hand tools, power tools, jigs, fixtures and miscellaneous equipment. Includes Machine Operator, Process Operations, Product Assembly, and Production Technician roles.

This position is part of the Production Operations Department located in Loveland, CO and will be on-site.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

Responsible for hitting daily build plans for cell area
Maintain quality of products produced according to department standards
Comply with company safety policies including safe operation of equipment, PPE usage, hand tool safety, etc. Comply with good housekeeping policies
May be required to cross-train on other equipment or other areas as needed.
May assist in training of new associates
Perform other duties as assigned
Accurately perform required computer data entry and work order transactions (LOTS, scrap, Oracle, ARIBA, kanban, DRP, etc.)
May be responsible for handling of and accurate disposal of chemical and non-chemical waste, some of which is hazardous and regulated
