Manufacturing | Entry-Level | Day & Night Shift Available
Position OverviewThe Packager works on a production line wrapping and palletizing large paper rolls in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for candidates with production, warehouse, retail, food service, or general labor experience who are comfortable performing repetitive tasks and working on their feet throughout the shift.
Key Responsibilities- Wrap paper rolls in plastic according to company standards.
- Inspect products and packaging for quality issues.
- Lift and place finished rolls onto pallets.
- Work alongside a packaging partner to maintain production flow.
- Meet daily production and quality goals.
- Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Ability to stand for the majority of the shift.
- Ability to regularly lift up to 20 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Team-oriented attitude and good communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Day Shift
- Monday - Thursday
- 6:15 AM - 3:00 PM
Night Shift
- Monday - Wednesday
- 6:50 PM - 7:00 AM
- Manufacturing facility with good lighting
- Production-line setting
- Safety glasses and other PPE required
- Closed-toe shoes and long pants required
- Team-based work station
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Windsor, CO.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.
