* Manpower is currently seeking a
** PCB Assembly Operator
** for a 3-month contract opportunity with a manufacturing company in Loveland, CO. This role is focused on the assembly and production of printed circuit boards and electronic components in a clean, team-oriented manufacturing environment.

** What will you be doing?*
* + Assemble printed circuit boards and electronic components according to work instructions and production schedules
+ Perform hand soldering and other electronic assembly tasks
+ Complete secondary processing operations on PCB assemblies
+ Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
+ Identify and remove defective materials or components
+ Complete quality, traceability, and production documentation
+ Maintain production boards and visual management tools
+ Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
+ Perform basic equipment maintenance and care
+ Support continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives
+ Participate in team meetings and daily production planning
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area
+ Cross-train in other production areas as needed
** What do you bring?*
* + Previous manufacturing, assembly, or electronics production experience is a plus, but not required
+ Hand soldering experience is helpful
+ Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
+ Ability to read and follow work instructions
+ Basic reading, writing, and math skills
+ Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
+ Ability to pass a 7-year background check and drug screen
