Provide resident-centered nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN).;
Assist with daily living activities and vital signs.;
Assist resident in transferring, repositioning, and walking with proper technique; provide ROM and passive exercises.;
Assist residents with meals and dining; ensure a positive dining experience.;
Document resident interactions and communicate changes in condition to the charge nurse.
