Good Samaritan Society - 2101 South Garfield Avenue - Responsibilities:
Provide resident-centered nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse;
Assist with daily living activities including bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing/undressing, and supporting meals;
Assist residents with transfers, repositioning, and walking using proper techniques;
Document resident interactions and outcomes, and communicate changes to the charge nurse;
Support wellness and recreational programs and participate in restorative nursing activities as needed
