Good Samaritan Society - 2101 South Garfield Avenue - Responsibilities:
Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance to assigned resident under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN).;
Assist the resident in transferring, repositioning, and walking using correct transfer techniques and equipment; provide range of motion and passive exercises.;
Assist residents with meals and dining; provide water and supplements as appropriate.;
Document resident interactions and communicate changing conditions to the charge nurse.;
May participate in Restorative Nursing program and lead restorative activities; may participate in committees or task forces as needed.
