Marshfield Clinic - 2101 South Garfield Avenue - Responsibilities:
Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance to assigned resident under the supervision of a registered nurse;
Assist with basic health care needs including daily living activities such as bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, and obtaining and recording vital signs;
Communicate resident's changing condition and care-related concerns to the charge nurse;
Assist residents with meals and dining and provide water and supplements as appropriate;
Assist residents with transfers, repositioning, and walking using proper techniques and equipment; provide range of motion and passive exercises
