Current Colorado Registered/Practical Nurse License is required. MGA Homecare is looking for passionate registered nurses who are dedicated to providing high‑quality, compassionate care to patients in their homes.

• Provide specialized care following the active plan of care provided by physicians and other healthcare professionals, ensuring optimal treatment outcomes.
• Administer medication, treatments, and therapies with precision and compassion, always ensuring patient comfort and safety.
• Document all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses, and coordination of care meticulously, maintaining accurate and comprehensive patient records.
• Educate patients and families on disease processes, self‑care techniques, and prevention strategies, fostering understanding and empowerment.

• Competitive RN Compensation: $46,800 – $105,820 annually (dependent on experience, tenure, and hours worked).
• Competitive LPN Compensation: $37,440 – $80,080 annually.

• Current Colorado Registered Nurse License or Licensed Practical Nurse License in good standing.
• Attention to detail, time‑management skills, effective problem‑solving and conflict resolution, strong organization, and effective communication.
• Six (6) months of recent experience as a nurse in a clinical care setting (preferred).
• Home health experience (preferred).
