What You ll Do

• Deliver comprehensive Trauma and Acute Care Surgery services during overnight coverage (7P 7A).
• Perform patient assessments, order and interpret diagnostics, and develop treatment plans.
• Manage trauma and emergency general surgery patients across inpatient settings.
• Support trauma surgeons with procedures and ongoing patient management.
• Work autonomously while collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.
• Document all care using Epic EMR.
• Maintain high-quality patient safety and performance standards in a high-acuity trauma environment.

What You Need
Required

• Trauma surgery experience: 2 years of trauma surgery experience (or completion of a surgical fellowship highly preferred)
• Ability to work overnight coverage (7P 7A)

Preferred

• Surgical fellowship completion (if not already meeting the 2-year trauma experience requirement)
