Job Summary
The Attendant is a person specifically trained, competent, and performs assigned functions of care to the IHSS client in their residence under the direction, instruction and supervision of qualified Agency personnel/Agency’s Licensed Health Care Professional. In this role, you will report to the Operations Manager and/or the IHSS Clinical Program Manager.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
None
- Understand(s) and adheres to established Agency policies and procedures
- Understand(s) and promotes client rights
- Performs client services in accordance with the plan of care and Agency policy
- Completes appropriate service notes completely, accurately and in a timely manner as per Agency policy
- Reports changes in the client’s condition and needs to the supervisor
- Participates in all required orientation, training, competency and in-service programs as scheduled and necessary per Agency policy
- Is available for and participates in the supervisory visits per Agency direction
- Participates in coordination of client care, as required
- 18 years of age or older

$12.00 - $20.00 / hour
