Work Schedule:
Full Time, 72 hours per pay period (2 weeks)
Shift: Nights
Pay: $38.91 – $60.31 per hour, based on relevant experience
Onsite role – no hybrid or remote option
Night Shift Incentive Program pays $1,600 quarterly ($6,400 annually) to full‑time night shift RNs.
Minimum Requirements- Graduate of an accredited or state board approved Registered/Professional Nursing program. BSN preferred.
- State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- 6 months of operating room nursing experience (RN) or completion of the UCHealth Fellowship program.
- BLS (American Heart Association or American Red Cross) or CPR professional rescuer card, valid at hire and continuously good through at least 60 days after hire.
- Provide top‑scope, direct patient care utilizing the nursing process.
- Value a multidisciplinary team approach to achieve exceptional outcomes.
- Prioritize wellness, the patient perspective, and evidence‑based practice.
- Model proficiency through precepting new staff and supporting onboarding.
- Welcome new knowledge in a fast‑paced, innovative clinical environment.
- Contribute to patient safety and quality at the point of care.
- Practice in perioperative, PACU, or operating room levels of care, following AORN and ABPA core curriculum and certification standards.
- Collaborate with Clinical Educators to guide individualized specialty education and training for competency validation during clinical orientation.
