The UCHealth Women's Clinic team in Greeley, CO is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who possesses empathy, talent, drive, and a "patients first" mentality. Our ideal candidate has strong operating room experience.

Responsibilities
  • Provide gynecology surgical care with emphasis on robotics experience.
  • Support women’s health care with a strong focus on patient-centered care.
  • Operate in a team-based setting within UCHealth Medical Group.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other providers to address patients’ health needs.
Qualifications Physician Assistant
  • Master's Degree in Physician Assistant Studies.
  • Unrestricted license to practice as a Physician Assistant in the State of Colorado.
  • Physician Assistant Certification (PA-C) required for hire and maintained throughout employment.
  • Unrestricted DEA permit to prescribe all medications commonly prescribed in practice.
  • Eligible to provide services and maintain provider status with Medicare and Medicaid.
  • Eligible to provide services with no sanctions or exclusions from HHS/OIG or GSA.
  • Unrestricted medical staff membership with appropriate practice privileges.
  • Prescriptive authority as appropriate per medical staff privileging process.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
Nurse Practitioner
  • Full or provisional prescriptive authority eligibility; provider must apply for prescriptive authority as a condition of employment.
  • Master’s degree in Nursing and graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
  • ANCC or AANPCB Nurse Practitioner Certification required for hire and maintained throughout employment.
  • Unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license or compact privileges.
  • Unrestricted medical staff membership with appropriate practice privileges.
  • Unrestricted DEA permit to prescribe medications commonly prescribed in practice.
  • Eligible to provide services and maintain provider status with Medicare and Medicaid.
  • Eligible to provide services with no sanctions or exclusions from HHS/OIG or GSA.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive full-time pay range: $124,384 - $163,067 annually, dependent on relevant experience.
  • Relocation bonus up to $10,000, if eligible.
  • Paid malpractice coverage.
  • Continuing medical education (CME) assistance up to $3,500 and up to 5 days annually.
  • 403(b) with employer matching; 457(b) optional.
