Position
Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner – Inpatient Cardiology team, Loveland, CO.
Key ResponsibilitiesMember of a collaborative inpatient cardiology team of 46 physicians and 20+ APPs, providing evidence‑based cardiovascular care with a focus on patient safety and outcomes.
Required Experience- 2‑3 years Cardiac Inpatient experience
- Cardiology experience preferred
- EPIC EMR proficiency
- Master's in Physician Assistant Studies
- Unrestricted PA license in Colorado
- PA‑C certification (NCCPA) required and to be maintained
- Unrestricted DEA permit
- Eligibility for Medicare/Medicaid services and no sanctions from HHS/OIG or GSA
- Unrestricted medical staff membership and prescriptive authority as per medical staff privileging process
- BLS certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
- Full or provisional prescriptive authority eligibility
- Master’s in Nursing, graduate of accredited NP program
- NP certification (ANCC or AANPCB) required and to be maintained
- Unrestricted NP license in Colorado or compact privileges
- Unrestricted medical staff membership and prescriptive authority as per medical staff privileging process
- Unrestricted DEA permit
- Eligibility for Medicare/Medicaid services and no sanctions from HHS/OIG or GSA
- BLS certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
- Salary: $115,000 – $150,765 annually, commensurate with experience
- Annual QVIP incentive up to $10,000
- Relocation bonus up to $10,000, if eligible
- Paid malpractice
- CME up to $3,500 and up to 5 days annually
