Good Samaritan Society - 2101 South Garfield Avenue - Responsibilities:
Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance to long-term care residents;
Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and mobility;
Monitor and record vital signs and changes in resident condition and report to supervising RN;
Assist with restorative nursing and participate in care planning and quality care delivery;
Support and collaborate with nursing staff and participate in infection prevention and control practices
