Role

Registered Nurse in Women and Infants Care

• Provide direct patient care utilizing the nursing process in units such as Mother/Baby, Labor and Delivery, Women's Care, and NICU.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes, prioritize evidence-based practice, and model proficiency through precepting.
• Support safety and quality at the point of care and contribute to an innovative, fast-paced clinical environment.

Graduate of an accredited nursing program or state-approved equivalent, with RN licensure and relevant certifications (e.g., NRP, BLS). Requires at least 6 months of Women and Infants nursing experience or completion of a fellowship. Demonstrates strong clinical skills, teamwork, and a commitment to continuous learning.

• Deliver top-of-scope nursing care, adhere to practice standards, and support specialty training and competency validation.
