RN Acute Care Orthopedic Spine Nights

Role Overview:

Provides high-quality direct patient care in a specialized orthopedic spine unit within an acute care setting. Utilizes the nursing process to prioritize patient needs, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and promote evidence-based practices to ensure safety and optimal outcomes.

• Deliver top-of-scope nursing care to patients with moderate to high acuity.
• Precept and mentor new healthcare staff and students.
• Contribute to a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Maintain compliance with unit-specific and evidence-based care standards.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program or equivalent.
• Current RN licensure in the state.
• Minimum of 6 months of nursing experience.
• American Heart Association or Red Cross BLS certification, valid through sixty days of hire.
