Role: Registered Nurse (RN) providing direct patient care in a fast-paced, innovative acute care setting.
Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality nursing care utilizing the nursing process and evidence-based practices.
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Prioritize patient wellness, safety, and quality at the point of care.
- Precept and mentor new healthcare team members and promote continuous learning.
- Manage patients in specialty Med-Surg units with moderate to high acuity levels.
- Current CO RN license or eNLC privileges.
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- Strong clinical skills, adaptability, and commitment to professional growth.
Providing comprehensive patient care, supporting team collaboration, maintaining safety standards, and fostering a learning environment to enhance patient outcomes and clinical excellence.
