  • Start Date: Flexible, based on candidate availability
  • End Date/Duration: Ongoing, full-time employment
  • Shift: Night shift, 7 PM – 7 AM
  • Hours/Week: 36-40 hours

  • Certifications: ANCC, BLS, Board Certified, DEA (requirements)
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in trauma surgery or completion of surgical fellowship highly preferred
Pay & Benefits
  • Salary: $136,822 – $179,379 annually (based on experience)
  • Incentives: Up to $10,000 annually through QVIP, relocation bonus up to $10,000

What You’ll Do
  • Provide overnight comprehensive trauma and acute care services in a high-acuity setting
  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and interpret diagnostics
  • Manage trauma and emergency general surgery patients across inpatient units
  • Support surgeons with procedures and ongoing patient care
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and document all care in Epic EMR
  • Ensure compliance with medical bylaws and maintain patient safety standards
  • Participate in mentorship, leadership development, and continuing education initiatives
What You Need
  • Active, unrestricted medical license
  • ANCC certification, BLS, Board Certification, DEA
  • Minimum 2 years of trauma surgery experience preferred
  • Ability to work autonomously and support high-quality patient care
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
