Quick Facts
- Location: UCHealth Medical Center of the Rockies, Loveland, CO
- Start Date: Flexible, based on candidate availability
- End Date/Duration: Ongoing, full-time employment
- Shift: Night shift, 7 PM – 7 AM
- Hours/Week: 36-40 hours
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Certifications: ANCC, BLS, Board Certified, DEA (requirements)
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in trauma surgery or completion of surgical fellowship highly preferred
- Salary: $136,822 – $179,379 annually (based on experience)
- Incentives: Up to $10,000 annually through QVIP, relocation bonus up to $10,000

- Provide overnight comprehensive trauma and acute care services in a high-acuity setting
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and interpret diagnostics
- Manage trauma and emergency general surgery patients across inpatient units
- Support surgeons with procedures and ongoing patient care
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and document all care in Epic EMR
- Ensure compliance with medical bylaws and maintain patient safety standards
- Participate in mentorship, leadership development, and continuing education initiatives
- Active, unrestricted medical license
- ANCC certification, BLS, Board Certification, DEA
- Minimum 2 years of trauma surgery experience preferred
- Ability to work autonomously and support high-quality patient care
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
