Start Date: Flexible, based on candidate availability
End Date/Duration: Ongoing, full-time employment
Shift: Night shift, 7 PM – 7 AM
Hours/Week: 36-40 hours

Certifications: ANCC, BLS, Board Certified, DEA (requirements)
Experience: Minimum 2 years in trauma surgery or completion of surgical fellowship highly preferred

Pay & Benefits

Salary: $136,822 – $179,379 annually (based on experience)
Incentives: Up to $10,000 annually through QVIP, relocation bonus up to $10,000

What You’ll Do

Provide overnight comprehensive trauma and acute care services in a high-acuity setting
Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and interpret diagnostics
Manage trauma and emergency general surgery patients across inpatient units
Support surgeons with procedures and ongoing patient care
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and document all care in Epic EMR
Ensure compliance with medical bylaws and maintain patient safety standards
Participate in mentorship, leadership development, and continuing education initiatives

What You Need

Active, unrestricted medical license
ANCC certification, BLS, Board Certification, DEA
Minimum 2 years of trauma surgery experience preferred
Ability to work autonomously and support high-quality patient care
Strong collaboration and communication skills
