Banner Staffing Services is seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to support the Endoscopy Department at North Colorado Medical Center – Loveland Campus. This per diem opportunity is ideal for experienced RNs looking for flexible scheduling while contributing to high-quality patient care in a dynamic clinical environment.

Shift Days:
Monday – Friday Shift

Hours:

6:00 AM – 4:00 PM Minimum Commitment: 2 shifts per month Hours Guarantee:
No guarantee of hours or shifts.

• Provide direct patient care before, during, and after endoscopic procedures
• Assist physicians with diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy procedures
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in patient condition
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record
• Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families regarding procedures and post-procedure care

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Colorado (or compact state eligibility)
• BLS/CPR Certification required; ACLS preferred
• Minimum 1–2 years of RN experience, preferably in Endoscopy, GI, or a related clinical setting
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, procedure-driven environment

This is a per diem position through Banner Staffing Services. There is no guarantee of hours or shifts. Employees in this role are not eligible for benefits. Scheduling is based on departmental need, with a minimum availability commitment of 2 shifts per month. Shift Days:
