Collaborate with other associates to build a strong meat team and communicate with team members;
Demonstrate knowledge of meat department operations, product safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and equipment maintenance;
Prepare meat products by cutting, grinding, wrapping, trimming according to established standards;
Provide exceptional customer service and assist members across the club as needed;
Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready meat area and ensure proper packaging, labeling, and storage of meat products.
