Black Industrial Group is an Industrial Coatings Applicator based in Loveland, Colorado serving the Rocky Mountain and Great Plains regions.
Role DescriptionThis is a full-time regional travelling role for a Sales Leader at Black Industrial Group. The Sales Leader will be responsible for finding and identifying qualified opportunities, engaging with customers to identify their needs, providing excellent customer service, and closing sales to meet or exceed sales targets. The role involves responding to customer inquiries, maintaining knowledge of company services, and being technically competent within the industry.
Qualifications- Experience in customer engagement and sales techniques.
- Knowledge of, or experience within the Water/Wastewater Construction Industry
- Knowledge of, or experience within the Oil/Gas Industry
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to address customer concerns effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, meeting performance goals.
- Previous experience in a sales, or industrial product environment is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent, with additional training or certification in sales being advantageous.
- Base Salary: $75,000 to $115,000 DOE
