What You'll Do... As a Sales Inspector, you will develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure that their needs are met. You must have excellent communication skills in order to provide excellent customer service, build trust and loyalty with clients, prospect new commercial clients and resolve any issues that may arise. You should also possess strong problem-solving abilities in order to quickly identify the best solutions for customer issues.

Who You Are... So, what does it take to be successful as a Sales Inspector with Enviropest? For starters, you'll have an inner drive to make the customer happy! You'll also have...

• Prospect new residential clients, build client lists, set meetings with new potential clients and provide proposals for new clients.
• Make treatment recommendations.
• Provide professional and expert advice to address customer's pest concerns.
• Negotiate all contracts with prospective clients.
• Meet or exceed sales goals.
• Attend company-provided sales courses designed to improve skills.
• Be responsible for timely and accurate reporting. Reporting will include sales calls made, proposals submitted, and disposition of prospects.
• Provide timely and accurate information and paperwork to the appropriate service center for rendering services sold.
• Excellent customer service skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communications
• Bilingual ability in English and Spanish (preferred)
• Comfort with learning and using new technology & software/apps (Pest Pac experience preferred)
• A self-motivated and competitive mindset with a desire to win
• Experience with and examples of problem-solving in a work environment
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• The ability to effectively manage your time, prioritizing multiple tasks, maximizing performance while remaining customer-focused i.e. understanding customers' needs, handling objections, and closing business
• A high school diploma (Associate or higher preferred)
• Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Have a valid driver's license and 3 years of driving experience
