Entry Level Recruiter​/Sales Trainee

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Identify qualified candidates using various recruiting and sourcing tools
• Screen and interview qualified candidates
• Partner with Account Managers to identify top accounts, target skill sets, and key market segments
• Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to gain knowledge and generate referrals and sales leads
• Perform customer service related activities
• Participate in community volunteering and partnerships with philanthropic organizations

What you'll need:

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
• Customer or sales focused experience
• Experience collaborating in a team-oriented environment

• Base salary of $56,485 with unlimited earning potential through commissions after the hourly training period
• Raise to $60,000 base salary after one year of employment
