What You’ll Do:
- Manage residential plumbing installs from start to finish
- Ensure job site safety and protect company vehicles, tools, and client property
- Work independently and meet deadlines without constant supervision
- Read and understand blueprints, diagrams, and technical instructions
- Collaborate with managers and team members to solve on-the-job challenges
- Enforce company procedures and maintain a clean, organized worksite
- Provide hands‑on training and support to other plumbers on your team
- Communicate clearly with customers, teammates, and office staff
- Keep your knowledge of plumbing codes and best practices up to date
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–4 years of residential plumbing experience
- Strong understanding of plumbing systems and installation methods
- Leadership skills and ability to guide a team through successful job completion
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment
- Ability to evaluate job performance and coach team members
- Valid HVAC technician license and driver’s license.
- Ability to work in various conditions, including confined spaces and at heights; physical stamina and dexterity
Pay Range
$80,000 - $120,000 USD
