Maintenance Technician
Maintain and repair automated equipment in a distribution facility, including conveyors, sorters, robotics, and packaging equipment. Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, complete preventive maintenance, and help keep equipment running efficiently.
Responsibilities- Repair and troubleshoot conveyors, sorters, robotics, and material handling equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance to reduce equipment downtime
- Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment
- Use CMMS software to track work orders and maintenance activities
- Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical equipment issues
- Assist with preventative maintenance planning and equipment improvements
- Work with operations teams to keep equipment running safely and efficiently
- Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
- Train and support junior maintenance technicians as needed
- Lift up to 49 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods during shifts
- 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience
- 2+ years of experience working on conveyors, material handling equipment, or automated systems
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment
- Experience using CMMS systems
- Ability to work a flexible schedule when needed
- Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment
- Conveyor maintenance experience
- Knowledge of automated equipment and control systems
- Experience training or mentoring other technicians
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced automated facility

This is a Permanent position based out of Loveland, CO.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $58760.00 - $68432.00/yr.
