Facilities & Security Specialist - Ski Resort (Year-Round

Full‑time, Year‑round position. $22.00–$25.00 per hour, depending on experience.

We are looking for a dependable security professional who will regularly interact with guests and staff and assist them in various capacities. Your responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring Ski Area properties, including securing buildings, locking doors and gates.
• Monitoring the property for fires, alarms, hazards, and other emergencies.
• Accurately documenting incidents.
• Managing parking lot operations.
• Acting as liaison between police and fire departments.

Full‑time, Year‑round. $27.00–$32.00 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.

Key responsibilities include maintaining and repairing equipment and facilities, such as kitchen equipment, HVAC, and plumbing fixtures, and ensuring compliance with safety systems.

• Maintaining equipment and facilities, including kitchen, HVAC, plumbing.
• Overseeing compliance with fire protection systems.
• Managing elevator maintenance contractors and performing monthly inspections.
• Coordinating with state inspectors for bi‑annual boiler inspections.
• Monitoring equipment and conditions at water and wastewater plants.
• Experience with refrigeration and CFC certification is a plus.
