Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance and repair of automated equipment within a fast-paced distribution facility. This role is responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining conveyors, sortation systems, robotics, and packaging equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain conveyors, sorters, robotics, and material handling systems

Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability

Install, service, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment

Utilize CMMS software to document work orders, maintenance activities, and equipment history

Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical issues

Support equipment upgrades, continuous improvement initiatives, and maintenance planning

Partner with operations teams to ensure safe and efficient equipment performance

Adhere to all company safety standards, procedures, and PPE requirements

Provide guidance and support to junior maintenance technicians as needed

Lift up to 49 pounds and remain standing or walking for extended periods throughout the shift

Minimum of 2 years of industrial maintenance experience

At least 2 years of experience working with conveyors, automated systems, or material handling equipment

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience performing preventive maintenance on industrial equipment

Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills

Experience using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)

Ability to work a flexible schedule when operational needs require

Experience in a manufacturing, fulfillment, or distribution environment

Hands-on conveyor maintenance experience

Knowledge of automated equipment, controls, and system operations

Experience training, mentoring, or supporting other technicians

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly automated facility
