OverviewWe are seeking a talented Full Stack Software Engineer to build and scale modern cloud-native applications using React, .NET, and Microsoft Azure. This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys working across the entire technology stack, from developing intuitive user interfaces to designing scalable backend services and distributed cloud solutions.
What You'll Do- Design, develop and support modern full‑stack applications using React, Type Script, C#, and .NET
- Build and maintain scalable REST and gRPC APIs, microservices and backend systems
- Develop responsive, reusable, and accessible frontend components
- Integrate applications with cloud services, messaging platforms, and distributed systems
- Participate in architecture reviews, technical design sessions and engineering planning
- Write clean, maintainable, testable, and well‑documented code
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance, reliability and scalability
- Collaborate with Dev Ops teams to improve CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation and cloud operations
- Contribute to code reviews, automated testing and engineering best practices
- Support Agile development processes and continuous delivery initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent experience
- 5+ years professional software development experience
- Strong experience with React, JavaScript/Type Script, C#/.NET and RESTful API development
- Solid understanding of SQL databases and data modeling
- Experience developing containerized applications using Docker
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines and distributed version control workflows
- Understanding of software architecture, distributed systems and design patterns
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills
- Experience with Azure Functions and serverless architectures
- Experience building microservices and event‑driven systems
- Experience with gRPC and high‑performance service communication
- Experience using Entity Framework and ORM technologies
- Experience with Azure Service Bus, messaging systems or event streaming platforms
- Experience in healthcare or other highly regulated environments
- Experience implementing security best practices, authentication and authorization
- Experience with Trunk‑Based Development, feature flags and modern release strategies
- Experience supporting high‑availability, enterprise‑scale applications
