Schneider is hiring an Over-the-Road (OTR) Van Truckload truck driver to cover 48 states. Expect mileage pay plus on-duty hourly pay, with a new productivity incentive and weekly performance pay. Earn a $6,000 sign-on bonus (experienced drivers) or $3,000 (inexperienced), plus paid orientation and generous time off.
Home time is monthly, with 95% no-touch, drop-and-hook freight, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, 401(k) with company match, and unlimited referral bonuses.
