Warehouse Associate​/Order Fulfillment

Job Description

Order fulfillment for dropships and distribution centers.

Identifying correct item and item description for orders and preparing order for shipment to the customer.

Supporting shelf stocking and ordering inventory from Jor Pack for use at the Van Buren warehouse location.

Start mastering one job, then cross-train for the next.

Lifting avg. 30-50, occasionally max. 65 lbs.

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour. Pay is set to increase from $16.00 per hour after the first 3 months. Stay-on-pay increase between $16 to $18 is based on performance and cultural fit.

Overtime paid after 40 hours a week. Occasional weekend overtime but limited.

Annual review and competitive pay.

Earn PTO from day one. 1st year PTO of 2 weeks. Work your way up to 4 weeks a year!
