Warehouse Associate – RCI Offroad

Location: Loveland, CO 80538 – must be able to commute or relocate.

• Process orders, package and ship accurately.
• Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy.
• Maintain organized inventory and correct inventory levels.
• Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory.
• Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations.
• Suggest improvements to warehousing procedures.
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized daily.
• Assist the team with additional duties as required.

• Self‑driven and motivated; able to work unsupervised.
• Strong attention to detail and focus on quality.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Quick learner with excellent hand‑eye coordination.
• Capable of lifting or moving 60+ lbs continuously and standing for long periods.
• Strong time‑management skills and teamwork ability.
• Ability to operate forklift, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).

• Competitive pay $18.00–$20.00 per hour, potential increase after 90 days based on performance.
