Position: Forklift Operator (in training)

Description

Are you looking to start or grow your career in warehouse operations? We are seeking a motivated, dependable team member who is eager to learn and develop new skills. No extensive experience is required. We provide hands‑on training, cross‑training opportunities, and a supportive environment where you can build a long‑term career.

This role offers exposure to multiple areas of warehouse and logistics operations, including material handling, equipment operation, and local transportation.

What You'll Do

As a Warehouse Associate, you'll work closely with our team to support daily warehouse operations while learning valuable skills across multiple functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform warehouse bulk pulls and assist with supporting accurate inventory.
  • Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
  • Complete a variety of warehouse, administrative, and operational tasks.
  • Support receiving, staging, storage, and distribution activities.
  • Learn to safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (training provided).
  • Assist with labeling, packaging, organizing, and preparing materials, parts, supplies, and equipment.
  • Provide occasional support for packaging and kitting operations.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Collaborate with team members and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Work hour(s):

6 AM to 2:30 PM Monday through Friday

Pay & Benefits

Starting Pay: $18.00–$18.50 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

Performance Reviews: Compensation is reviewed after your first 90 days and annually thereafter. Opportunities for pay increases are based on performance and contribution.

Overtime Pay: Paid at applicable overtime rates for hours worked over 40 per week. Occasional weekend overtime may be available.

PTO): Start earning PTO from day one. Employees receive 2 weeks of PTO in their first year, with opportunities to increase accrual up to 4 weeks annually based on tenure.

Health Benefits: Eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance after 60 days of employment.

Retirement Savings: 401(k) plan participation and company match available upon eligibility.

  • Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
Requirements
  • Valid Colorado Driver's License required.
  • Must successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review prior to employment.
  • Ability to safely operate company vehicles and equipment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and safety standards.
