Lead the Team & Build Culture – Model Freddy’s values and set a positive tone in the restaurant.;
Recruit, train and develop a high‑performing team; coach and appraise staff; and build a succession plan for each team member.;
Drive Results & Manage Operations – Meet sales and profit goals through effective management of labor, inventory and guest experience.;
Oversee in‑store operations, including staffing, food safety, merchandising, equipment maintenance, cash handling and waste control.;
Develop the Team – Utilize Freddy’s training materials, perform and teach all line and manager duties, and maintain a presence on the floor.
