Job Description
Estacado Federal Credit Union is looking for a passionate Training Coordinator to help build and support a skilled, confident team across our branches.
What you'll do:
- Coordinate & track onsite and offsite position-specific training
- Lead new employee orientation and onboarding
- Partner with supervisors to identify and meet training needs
- Help develop and maintain employee policies and procedures
- Travel between our Lovington, Hobbs, Eunice, and Denver City locations to deliver training and provide hands-on support
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Training & Development, Business, Education, or a related field (recommended)
- 2+ years of experience in training coordination, instructional design, or staff development in a financial institution (preferred)
- Valid driver's license required
What we offer:
- Competitive salary: $20 to $22/hour depending on experience
- Staff incentives and annual bonus
- Vehicle and gas allowance (Currently $700/month)
