Maintains hospital grounds and property to include all outlying clinics. Able to paint, tape, texture, repair small jobs, cement work. Must be able to repair minor electrical and mechanical situations.

  • Ability to operate all equipment efficiently to perform all maintenance and grounds duties throughout Nor-Lea Hospital District Locations.
  • Ability to perform minor construction and repair projects.
  • Monitors and updates work order system to assure all request are completed in timely manner.
  • Maintains a safe, clean and organized work environment for all Nor-Lea Hospital District locations.
  • Conducts routine safety inspections and documents per state and federal safety regulations.
