Lead Field Supervisor

J.E.S. Energy, LLC is a trusted oilfield trucking company serving West Texas and Southeast New Mexico, with facilities based in Midland and Orla, Texas, as well as Lovington, New Mexico. Specializing in a wide range of trucking services including vacuum trucks, end dumps, camp water trucks, and winch trucks, we haul various fluids such as brine, fresh water, and oil-based mud (OBM).

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Lead Field Supervisor based in Lovington, NM. The Lead Field Supervisor will provide hands‑on supervision for trucking services, coordinate and monitor dispatch and logistics, and ensure safety compliance and efficiency. Additional responsibilities include supervising truck dispatchers, managing schedules to keep services running smoothly.

• Experience in logistics and field management
• Proficiency in safety protocols and regulatory compliance
• Strong organizational and leadership skills, along with effective problem‑solving capabilities
• Knowledge of oilfield trucking equipment and operations, including vacuum trucks, winch trucks, and specialized hauling of fluids
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing teams and collaborating effectively
• Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to 24‑hour operations as required
• Prior experience in the oilfield or transportation sector is highly desirable
