Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers;
Supervise adherence to posted work schedule and ensure proper clock in/out;
Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store-to-store transfers, and DC add orders and contact customers on shipment arrivals as needed;
Handle returns, exchanges, refunds, and invoicing before product leaves the store;
Perform opening/closing duties including preparing deposits, securing money, and ensuring security alarms are set
