Watco Logistics seeks an Accounts Receivable Coordinator to ensure timely invoicing within our Transportation Management System and to monitor past due receivables. Work is performed in a standard office environment with strong teamwork and supplier contact.
You will match invoices to purchase orders, process payments, maintain vendor and customer records, and protect the confidentiality of financial data while supporting the accounts receivable function with accuracy and integrity.
