About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Lowell, AR. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping answer product questions, process orders, and resolve concerns with professionalism and care. If you enjoy helping others, communicating clearly, and working in a fast‑paced team environment, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Answer inbound phone calls and assist customers with product questions and orders
• Process customer orders received by phone and email
• Respond to inbound emails accurately and in a timely manner
• Assist with Fed Ex claims and related follow‑up
• Support quality assurance processes and collections
• Document customer interactions clearly and accurately
• Provide a positive, professional customer experience
• Take on additional responsibilities as the company grows

What We’re Looking For

• 2–3 years of customer service or call center experience
• Experience handling inbound calls preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast‑paced environment
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Dependable, professional, and customer‑focused mindset
