Job Summary
Under general supervision, this role applies engineering and analytical expertise to solve business problems, improve processes, and drive measurable value. The engineer works independently, challenges the status quo, and partners across teams to design and implement effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement solutions that improve operational performance and efficiency
- Analyze business processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements
- Solve complex problems using data, modeling, and engineering principles
- Partner with internal teams and customers to understand needs and deliver value
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement solutions, often on tight timelines
- Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Develop metrics and reporting to measure impact and drive decision-making
- Apply industrial engineering and operations research techniques (e.g., routing, scheduling, optimization)
- Quantify and communicate project results, including cost savings and performance improvements
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Management, or related field, or foreign equivalent, or suitable combination of education, experience, and training with 1 year of experience in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Experience in data visualization software, statistics, operations research, linear programming, forecasting, predictive modeling, relational databases, and/or SQL

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include skills, education, experience, geography, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position may be eligible for annual bonus and incentives based on profitability or volumes in accordance with the terms of the Company’s bonus and incentive plans, as applicable and in effect from time to time.
