Position can be located onsite anywhere in the Arvest four state operational footprint. (AR,OK,MO,KS)
Position is Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm.
SummaryUnder the supervision and direction of the AWM Regional Manager and AWM Advisory Growth & Development Group, the Associate Client Advisor will begin the process of learning the Financial Services business, learn and develop sales skills, and be provided with a learning environment to study and potentially pass all required licensing exams. The incumbent is responsible for contacting potential customers and scheduling appointments to discuss financial services.
The incumbent is also expected to gain a general understanding of how to gather and analyze financial information while developing an understanding of information needed when designing future financial goals for potential customers. The incumbent will work in conjunction with AWM Advisory Growth & Development Group to learn to prepare for client meetings.
Learn how to review and analyze financial situations to determine what appropriate financial services/products would meet customer’s needs.
This would include learning how to gather information to generate the customer’s application process for financial products according to internal policies and procedures.
