The State of Arkansas Department of Public Safety seeks a Dispatcher to receive, process, and relay emergency and non-emergency calls for service. You will help dispatch law enforcement, fire, and EMS units across Benton County and surrounding areas.
You must remain calm under pressure, communicate clearly, and document calls accurately. A minimum of six months’ experience in public safety communications is required, with proficiency in CAD systems and radio protocols.
