Human Resources Generalist

The candidate for this position must be bilingual. This position will support Custom Electronic's HR operations including but not limited to:

• Assist in the onboarding, terminations, and employee promotion processes.
• Handle employee training and various employee licensing requirements.
• Participate in employee reviews, development initiatives, and policy formation.

• Administer employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
• Assist employees with benefits inquiries and enrollment processes.
• Ensure timely and accurate communication of benefits updates or changes to employees.

• Assist in maintaining HR policies and procedures tailored to the organization's size and needs.
• Ensure employees' compliance with federal and state policies and relevant employment laws.

• Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, and attendance records.
• Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality of employee information
