Are you a hands‑on Service Now professional who thrives on taking a platform from initial rollout to enterprise maturity? Wachter is currently executing a large‑scale Service Now implementation that will transform our project delivery, field services, sourcing, and operations. We are seeking a skilled Service Now Administrator with a proven implementation and rollout background to help configure, stabilize, and scale this mission‑critical system.
Initially, you will focus on integration support and UAT readiness, eventually evolving into the primary platform owner driving continuous improvement. - Configure and maintain core Service Now modules including Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), Field Service Management (FSM), and project/workflow automation.
- Collaborate with multiple teams to translate business requirements into workflows, forms, business rules, UI policies, and automation.
- Support UAT cycles, pilot phases, and phased cutovers, including defect triage, configuration fixes, and deployment support.
- Assist with data migration, field configuration, and environment readiness across development, test, and production instances.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors on integrations between Service Now and Salesforce, Dayforce, Net Suite, and Mule Soft, ensuring data consistency and business process alignment.
- Help document integration touchpoints, field mappings, and dependency risks during rollout and enhancement planning.
- Transition the platform from implementation to steady‑state ownership, including enhancement intake, backlog grooming, and release support.
- Support role‑based access, licensing, and environment governance as usage expands.
- Partner on training readiness, adoption support, and documentation, and support leadership as the platform scales.
- Service Now rollout milestones supported through successful UAT and production cutovers.
- Business stakeholders can clearly see end‑to‑end processes working across platforms (Salesforce → Service Now → Net Suite).
- Admin becomes a trusted contributor who proactively identifies improvements, not just reacts to requests.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of hands‑on Service Now administration experience.
- Service Now CSA or CIS certifications.
- Direct experience supporting new implementations or major module rollouts.
- Strong configuration skills: workflows, business rules, UI policies, forms, tables, ACLs.
- Experience supporting or coordinating integrations with external systems.
- Comfortable working in fast‑moving environments with evolving requirements.
- Strong communication skills with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience with SPM, FSM, or complex project‑based Service Now use cases.
- Experience supporting UAT, pilots, and phased enterprise rollouts.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery, release management, and MVP‑based implementation.
$90,000 - $105,000 a year
