Who You Are
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Regional HVAC Trainer to support our Oklahoma and Arkansas locations. This role is dedicated to developing our teams through hands‑on training, coaching, and leadership support. The ideal candidate is passionate about people, process, and performance—and thrives on helping technicians and sales professionals grow.
Key ResponsibilitiesTraining & Development
- Deliver Sales and Process Training for Service, Maintenance, and Install teams.
- Provide Pricebook training to ensure accurate quoting and consistent use.
- Conduct Call-by-Call Management coaching with the HVAC Team to improve performance and accountability.
- Lead Service Titan training
, including building estimates and presenting options effectively. - Facilitate the Technician Pathways Program
, supporting technical growth and professional development.
- Partner with leadership to support and improve sales strategy
, conversion rates, and customer experience. - Participate in and contribute to weekly leadership meetings across the region.
- Support financial training to improve understanding of KPIs, margins, and metrics.
- 3+ years of HVAC field, sales, or operational experience (training experience preferred).
- Strong presentation, coaching, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Service Titan or similar platforms.
- Ability to travel regularly between Oklahoma and Arkansas locations.
- High level of organization, follow‑through, and leadership presence.
Compensation & Hours
- Pay: $75,000 – $125,000 (Depending on experience)
- Hours:
8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (flexible start and end times depending on business needs)
- Days:
Monday – Friday
