Operations Manager

The Operations Manager of LTL Brokerage Services will be responsible for the sales, pricing, and operational development of the LTL brokerage business. This leader will play a key role in building and developing a team that both sells and executes transportation services that create value for customers, complement existing capabilities, and drive strong revenue and profit growth. • Identify opportunities to expand business, improve processes, and strengthen operational efficiencies.

• Transportation, logistics, or supply chain experience preferred.
• Experience in business development, sales, highway transportation, and brokerage operations preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and general data entry.
• Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) preferred.
• Familiarity with carrier compliance and insurance monitoring platforms, such as RMIS, is a plus.
