Job Overview
The RN Inbound Coordinator directs the campus destination of patients arriving to the Emergency Department (ED) via ambulance, nursing facilities, and physician office practices/Urgent Care clinics. The goal is to ensure patients are directed to the appropriate campus based on services needed, acuity levels, volumes and wait times.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Massachusetts RN Licensure.
- 3 Years of Emergency Department RN Experience.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
- Knowledge of current OEMS STP and POE protocols.
- Ability to plan, implement, and evaluate data.
- Ability to effectively communicate with physicians and other members of the healthcare team.
- Ability to analyze, evaluate multiple solutions, and solve complex problems using well developed critical & analytical thinking skills.
- Knowledge and application of the nursing process.
- Excellent time management skills needed to prioritize competing priorities.
- Requires the ability to work independently and establish an effective working relationship with healthcare providers in physician’s offices, community agencies, hospitals and other healthcare facilities.
