Job SummaryUnder general direction, the Sr Manager LTL Sales Enablement is responsible for managing a team of LTL sales enablement personnel, directing day‑to‑day responsibilities, and developing strategies to unlock company LTL portfolio growth. The incumbent helps the team identify opportunities to sell J.B. Hunt LTL services and aligns internal teams to execute the strategy, promoting a customer‑centric culture.
Key Responsibilities- Lead talent identification, development, performance, and overall management of a LTL sales team.
- Monitor key performance indicators to ensure LTL sales objectives are met.
- Promote customer success by ensuring an excellent customer experience and proactively identifying inefficiencies to increase stakeholder satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Assist direct reports in coordinating with internal teams and customers to implement solutions and maximize LTL sales volume potential.
- Serve as coordinator for all LTL Carrier Engagement at the Lowell, AR main campus, supporting field personnel and VP, LTL & Director of LTL Pricing.
- Provide day‑to‑day support for employees and customers, working with leadership to handle internal and external issues that have escalated beyond the incumbent’s direct reports.
- Collaborate internally to optimize business processes—receivables, payables, sales, pricing, and operations.
- Foster an inclusive team environment and promote inclusivity in all customer interactions.
- Train and support sales personnel on qualifying customer presentations and QBRs.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- 3‑4 years of Customer Experience/Account Management or Transportation/Logistics experience, and/or 2‑3 years of Sales experience.
- Experience working through change management.
- Experience excelling in a high‑volume, fast‑paced work environment.
- Relevant experience working with LTL.
- Ability to work in a competitive environment.
- Demonstrated sales generation results.
- Holding people accountable and handling difficult conversations.
- Ability to motivate and lead a successful team.
- Ability to create and maintain a customer‑centric environment.
- Ability to influence and motivate beyond the organizational level.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Transportation Logistics.
- 3+ years of relevant LTL experience or 5+ years of Transportation/Logistics Sales experience.
- Ability to travel 20% of the time.
- Note:

Compensation may vary based on skills, education, experience, geography, and other qualifications. The role may be eligible for annual bonus and incentives based on profitability or volumes, according to the Company’s bonus and incentive plans. Benefits for full‑time positions include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, short‑term and long‑term disability coverage, paid time off (vacation and sick time), six weeks of paid maternity leave, two weeks of paid parental leave, and six paid holidays annually.
